Daily Doubles begin Monday, August 17, 2015. Coach Jacobs wants everyone in the locker room dressed and ready to go by 8:00 a.m. for the first practice, and by 2:00 p.m. for the second practice. Doubles go through Saturday, August 22, 2015.
Be sure to bring plenty of water! And remain well hydrated before, during, and after practices.
